For good and valuable consideration herein acknowledged as received and by signing this release I hereby give Darkside Girls and Assigns my permission to license the images and to use the images in any media for any purpose (except pornographic or defamatory) which may include among others, advertising, promotion, marketing, merchandise and packaging for product specified: “DARKSIDE GIRLS WEBSITE”
I acknowledge and agree that this release is binding upon my heirs and assigns. I agree that this release is irrevocable, worldwide and perpetual, and will be governed by the laws of Massachusetts.

Because we’re looking at this as a networking site for everyone involved, we do request that you enclose a BIO and a current RESUME or imdb link to current projects. If you’re a model, current photo shoots are accepted.
We are looking for up to FIVE images to be emailed to us. Our DSG stamp will appear on the pictures for your safety and ours via copyright protection for the both of us. This is an over 18 site so images that artistic nudity or partial nudity are accepted as well.
We accept appearance schedules as well: (ala conventions, film festivals etc.) so feel free to make sure we have updated information.
We will be interviewing DSG via our podcast where you can talk about yourself, your projects and experiences. The interviews will be carried out by Wayne Clingman and D.W. Kann and available for subscription on the DSG site and iTunes.
